Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne are once again trying to offload their Los Angeles condo, listing it for the third time as they prepare to return to the United Kingdom. The rock legend couple first announced in 2022 their intentions to move back to their homeland after spending over 20 years in the United States. Since then, their two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom residence in the coveted Sierra Towers building has been listed multiple times, beginning in May 2023 with an asking price of $4,795,000.
The condo, boasting 2,300 square feet of living space, features a large primary suite with a spacious en suite bathroom and an expansive walk-in closet. The second en suite bedroom is versatile, serving as an office or a guest room. The listing describes the property as a “truly extraordinary” and “rarely” available custom residence.
Originally purchased by the Osbournes in 2014 for $4 million, the condo was primarily used by their daughter, Kelly Osbourne, during her rise to fame on the MTV reality show “The Osbournes.” Now, with the price reduced by $300,000, the couple seems more determined than ever to sell the property.
The decision to relist the condo might signal that Sharon and Ozzy are finally gearing up for their long-awaited move back to the U.K., where they own a lavish estate in Buckinghamshire. Their plans, initially announced in 2022, have been delayed several times due to Ozzy’s health challenges, including his battle with Parkinson’s disease and multiple surgeries.
Despite these setbacks, Sharon expressed in a July 2024 episode of their podcast that they remain eager to return home. She noted that each time they planned to leave, Ozzy’s health issues caused delays, but she remains optimistic about their move.
Their decision to leave the U.S. was also influenced by their dissatisfaction with the current state of the country. In an interview with The Observer in August 2022, Sharon remarked on the drastic changes in America, stating that it no longer felt like the United States of America, describing it as a “very weird place to live right now.”
This latest attempt to sell their condo could be a final step in their transition back to the U.K., as they look to close this chapter of their lives in Los Angeles.
Who wants to pay $4 million for a condo when you could have a great private house for that?
I should think they’d have had a, shall we say, more picturesque picture from their condo to use than this. I mean, if anyone is attracted to their condo based on this gawd-awful looking picture, then they must indeed have the same bad taste as the Osbornes.
I love Ozzy! Does anyone have $4 million I can borrow?!?
