Former HFPA building in WeHo is now an exclusive fashion rental service

Wild West Social House has repurposed the former Hollywood Foreign Press Association building in West Hollywood into a membership-based fashion rental service. The space combines elements of a social club and a luxury showroom, offering both new and vintage designer clothing and accessories.

Founded by Kyle Julian Skye of Middleman Store and former Fred Segal men’s buyer Max Feldmann, the service provides members with access to a curated selection of clothing, footwear, and accessories for rental or purchase. The location also serves as a venue for meetings, events, and casual gatherings. Originally operating out of a smaller space off Sunset Boulevard, Wild West relocated to its current Robertson Boulevard location in September to accommodate its growing clientele.

The two-story facility includes styling areas, meeting rooms, workspaces, a billiards room, and a patio. Future plans include adding a bar and dining options. Wild West’s membership includes stylists, actors, business professionals, and consumers seeking an alternative to traditional retail. Members can rent pieces such as designer gowns, handbags, casual denim, and vintage clothing.

Wild West occupies a 1940s Elizabethan-style building on Robertson Boulevard, a location that had been vacant since the HFPA disbanded in 2023.
