Pavement Repairs and Lane Markings Scheduled from Fountain Avenue to Santa Monica Boulevard
The City of West Hollywood is informing the public about a forthcoming pavement repair initiative by the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) along N. La Cienega Boulevard. This follows the completion of a water main replacement project in the area.
LADWP workers will resurface and repaint lane markings on N. La Cienega Boulevard, stretching from Fountain Avenue to Santa Monica Boulevard. The effort will involve temporary lane reductions and partial closures at the Santa Monica Boulevard intersection, affecting local traffic flow.

- Friday, March 28, 2025, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Traffic Lanes)
- Saturday, March 29, 2025, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Traffic Lanes and Intersection)
- Saturday, April 5, 2025, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Traffic Lanes and Intersection)
- Monday, April 7, 2025, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Traffic Lanes)
Officials advise drivers to steer clear of N. La Cienega Boulevard north of Santa Monica Boulevard during these hours and seek alternative paths to minimize delays.
