In 1986, four California teens appropriated the name of the fictional band created by Monty Python’s Eric Idle. Toad features lead singer Glen Phillips, guitarist Todd Nichols, bassist Dean Dinning, and drummer Randy Guss. After a breakup in 1998, Toad has committed to working together on new music. At the Troubadour, 9081 Santa Monica Blvd. near N. Doheny. Tickets are sold out.
