Just what the residents of West Hollywood really need. I mourn the poor residents in the neighborhood below whose homes will be turned into light filled colored hues of the huge digital billboards attached to this project that is completely unnecessary. How many of these city council building follies are even occupied? Seriously? The Harland at Doheny and Keith and Harland has been vacant for going on 18 months – first for sale and now five months into to leasing- EMPTY.
