Thank you Larry for posting this article. As a resident that experienced a Turo rental app SUV speeding to north of 100 mph on Larrabee, a residential street at 2am last August before becoming my unwanted guest for two months, I encourage everyone to do more than voicing concerns and take time to call into City Council and Transportation Commission to make public comments and collaborate with key leaders at City Hall to come up with solutions. I live just west of crescent heights and I am angry and mortified that a pedestrian or innocent bystander had to be the victim too! This 4 corner area is very dangerous and drivers get very Agressive and try to beat red lights and traffic signals and yet pedestrians who have the right of way, we are the ones who have to be exposed and victims of erratic impatient and Agressive drivers. Do away with these north and southbound ramps city or LA. Install high tech cameras and speed bumps and proper turn signals. Concerned resident of Havenhurst Drive who shops and walks on Crescent Heights daily

Larry this format and hyperlink to citizen is not working and causes problems with accessing the article. Please inform the citizen app it can’t be shared with other news outlets who alert its readers to press the video. I waited 10 minutes and the video stalls or doesn’t connect properly.
