If Marilyn Monroe’s condo doesn’t cut it for you, check out Liberace’s “secret townhouse” up in the hills above the Sunset Strip.

The flamboyant pianist lived in this private 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa at 8732 Shoreham Drive during the 1970s.

The residence was built in 1937 and maintains its quaint historic character. Olivia de Havilland and Ava Gardner also called it home.

Want it? That’ll be $3,395,000.

From the real estate listing:

Secluded behind regal ivy covered gates, you are welcomed by a beautiful zen like garden with seating surrounding the peaceful koi pond and indoor/outdoor seating area. When you make your way through the front door you’ll be captivated by a grand living room with original walnut floors, high ceilings, and an exquisite 1930’s marble fireplace. The charming chefs kitchen includes commercial grade appliances with a cozy breakfast nook and dining area. The second floor is home to two dual size master bedrooms with en suite baths. The top floor of the property is the largest private rooftop terrace in all of West Hollywood. Measuring at nearly 2,300 sq ft. of dramatic views from downtown to the Pacific Ocean. The one of a kind rooftop offers a shaded dining area, outdoor kitchen, and tv area. Included in the square footage of the property is a private guest quarters that has a full bed and bath with its own entrance. VERY rare opportunity to own a timeless piece of history.

Does anyone know the status of the Robertson Lane project. I have called the City and no one has returned my calls. Also, what is going on with the former French Market Cafe location? It has been boarded up for many years.

Okay know news except for tourist and the uninformed.

I would like daily crime within this area and joining areas since I live on the border

No trash fire crimes or burning palm trees
