Is anyone else noticing the frequent traffic jams in the vicinity of this property? The installation of more traffic lights, bike lanes, and the opening of a new grocery store is likely to exacerbate the ongoing traffic congestion.

Has anyone else seen that the area directly in front of this property frequently experiences traffic congestion? Constantly increasing traffic congestion will be the result of additional lights, bike lanes, and a new grocery store.

I didn’t have any expectations concerning that title, but the more I was astonished. The author did a great job. I spent a few minutes reading and checking the facts. Everything is very clear and understandable. I like posts that fill in your knowledge gaps. This one is of the sort.

Has anyone noticed the stretch in front of this property is frequently gridlocked? Extra lights, bike lanes, and a new grocery store will cause traffic headaches in perpetuity.

Has anyone observed that the length of SMB in front of this property is usually gridlocked due to the need for additional cookie clicker lights, bike lanes, and a new grocery store, despite the lack of need for all of this and the traffic disasters it will cause in perpetuity?

Does this mean it’s finally moving forward? God I hope so, this is such a huge improvement over what’s there now!

Conflicted, purloined design cobbled together by a former colleague of Stephen Kanner whose sensibility was more refined.

Don’t let this oversized cruise ship dock where there could be a successful project respectful of the neighborhood.
