Can somebody clarify its functions? It reads as if all of those facilities are exempted, while including all of the facilities later in the description.

The Commission reviews the proposed development of all public facilities other than parking and transportation-related facilities including parks, City-owned buildings, the library, cable facilities, landscaping, streetscapes, and the Santa Monica Boulevard median. The Commission conducts an annual review and makes recommendations for repairs and capital improvements for the above facilities…

Why did they cancel the city council meeting? Were they attending a woke or pronoun convention? Or was the mayor back in Washington DC trying to get some traction on her failing run for congress? Or was it Erickson dedicating another creepy delivery robot that looks like Lindsay Horvath
