Jason “Mayhem” Miller is living up to his name.
The former UFC star, fresh out of prison, was arrested for choking a fan at the Sunset Marquis in West Hollywood, according to TMZ.
The police stated that a fan went up to Miller to greet him on Aug. 29, which led to a verbal dispute. The situation reportedly escalated into physical violence, with Miller allegedly putting the fan in a chokehold. Security had to step in to help the individual get free from Miller’s grasp.
By the time Sheriff’s deputies arrived at the scene, Miller had already departed. A report documenting the alleged assault was filed. Miller returned to the Sunset Marquis the following day and was arrested after someone identified him and called the police. He was released shortly after his arrest, and the investigation is ongoing, with charges yet to be determined.
Miller, who is 42, had been in prison since June 2022 for domestic violence and resisting arrest and was released in May 2023.
Emblematic of the “paying visitors” coming to West Hollywood to do their mischief similar to the other athlete miscreant arrested at the Santa Monica Blvd. Club Delilah.
