For the past month or two, there has been a shirtless man exposing himself to people along Santa Monica Blvd.
On an almost daily basis, I jog along SM Blvd and have seen this guy no less than a dozen times, maybe more. So I can only imagine how often he is doing this.
He always has AT LEAST his shorts dropped to “pube” level, often partially exposing his penis, and sometime his penis is fully exposed.
It is full-on sex-offender behavior, but nothing is being done about it.
I asked the WeHo Security Ambassadors about him today, and they were well aware of him, but they say that someone needs to report “being offended” until the Sheriff’s Dept. will do anything about it.
(So, indecent exposure doesn’t exist in WeHo?)
Anyway, this is just to report what may already be widely known:
There is a guy terrorizing SM Blvd regularly, and it needs to stop.
Seems newsworthy.

In a response to an article here recently I commented about two homeless men who had parked themselves at N. Olive and SMB and were exposing themselves to a female neighbor, and others. I spoke to the two guys about it but they seemed unfazed, until I took a pic, which they gladly posed for, but then I told them I was going to show that pic to the Sheriff’s office. When I was out an hour later they had left and I haven’t see them since.

There was a completely naked man at the Santa Monica Blvd./La Cienega bus stop a few weeks ago for the entire day. Countless police and security workers walked past him without doing a damn thing.

It’s actually a result of the Sheriff’s Department not responding to calls, not caring about residents, and blaming everything on non-existent “defunding”. I have called the Sheriff’s Department many, many times regarding disturbances from homeless individuals, alarms blaring for hours, excessive noise at night, trespassing….you name it. IF they respond at all, which is seldomly, by the time they get to the location the disturbance has ended or the offender simply moves on. WeHo is NOT getting their money’s worth from the Sheriff’s Department and we residents suffer.
