Now that the primaries are done, it’s time to focus on West Hollywood elections. Election Day is November 5, 2024. Sounds far away but early voting will be here before you know it!
I am writing to you because I have an ask. I’m asking that you consider the future of our city, our neighborhoods, and our businesses. I’m asking you to really get to know the people who are running — to know who will best represent you and be looking out for your best interests, as well as the best interests of our city.
That is why I want to introduce you to George Nickle, a 2024 West Hollywood City Council candidate. Like me, George is a long-time resident and neighborhood advocate. Public safety is one of his top priorities, which is why I appointed him to the Public Safety Commission.

Check out George’s Events page and try to attend an in-person event so you can meet George and hear what he has to say about his hopes for the future of our city.
Go to George’s Facebook page and “like” his page so you know when he’s having meet ‘n greets and other events that might interest you.
Because campaigns are not cheap, George will need to raise funds and he’ll need volunteers. If you like what you see, please consider supporting his campaign.
Thank you for your consideration. Hope to see you at one of George’s upcoming events.
Warm regards,
Lauren
Michael Cautillo and Tri-West residents invite you to attend a meet and greet with George Nickle from 5 to 7 p.m. tonight at V Wine Room, 903 Westbourne in West Hollywood. Click here to RSVP.
Meister’s endorsement is inappropriate
Lauren’s endorsement is significant. Good for you George!
Ms. Meister getting the most votes in WeHo history was significant, so yes, her endorsement speaks volumes.
If there are only two candidates running for two available Council positions, wouldn’t they be automatically elected?
I concur with Councilmember Lauren Meister! George Nickle would be a great asset to our community and has earned his spot on council.
I don’t know anything about George Nickle yet, but Lauren Meister’s recommendation will be an important influence on my decision.
Ditto.
