WeHo Pride 2024 kicks offs tonight with OUTLOUD, a free outdoor concert at West Hollywood Park, featuring a headlining performance by pop rebel Kesha, best known for her hit single single “TiK ToK.”
Her debut album, “Animal,” released in 2010, cemented her as a pop powerhouse, characterized by its raucous style and electropop influences. The album, along with its follow-up EP, “Cannibal,” included hits such as “We R Who We R” and “Blow.” Kesha became known for her glitter-soaked performances and a strong, trash-glam aesthetic that challenged conventional pop norms and celebrated individuality and freedom.
Over the years, Kesha has evolved both personally and artistically, tackling more serious subjects in her music, including her legal battles and personal struggles. Kesha’s resilience in the face of adversity has made her an icon of strength and empowerment, resonating with fans worldwide. Her work extends beyond music into activism, particularly in support of animal rights and LGBTQ+ advocacy, further solidifying her role as a multifaceted artist and advocate.
Kesha performs at 9:45 p.m. tonight, preceded by a full lineup of entertainers including:
- 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM – Venessa Michaels
