And just a week ago a robbery happened at Bottega Louie yet that was never reported to the public.
Funny…. I know someone who was there all night at motherlode and he says that never happened. So….. Probably not a real robbery attempt.

Not really! It seems like every couple of weeks I hear about the murder of some rap or hip-hop artist. A few years ago I was at Beverly Center when a popular rapper was shot there, and shortly after that I was in New York City near the Apple Store on 5th Ave. when another one was shot within a block or two. Isn’t it interesting that we didn’t seem to have these kinds of problems when GAY MEN populated GAY BARS.
Yeah, my first thought was, “Why were women there in the first place?”.
But, ya’ know, … diversity, equality, and inclusion!
It was not all that long ago that it was only gay guys in our gay bars, but then women started hanging out in them and complained to management when they saw gay guys doing what gay guys do in their own bars … and the offended get just about anything they want.

Never in a million years did I ever think I’d see a headline like that. And yes, I know crime happens everywhere, but this place seemed to have a virtual force field around it that deflected bad people and horrible incidents for the many years that I hung out there since the awesome ‘80s.
