Final list of City Council candidates revealed

The West Hollywood City Clerk’s office published the final list of candidates for City Council who will appear on the November ballot. To do so, candidates were required to submit nomination papers and residents’ signatures to the city clerk for approval. The 10 candidates in the order they will appear on the ballot are:

That information, along with all the previous candidates they have supported, should be widely circulated. Maybe voters will see a pattern.

I believe you are referring to his father. I believe he was reprimanded for misappropriation of client money. Then did it again. That’s what I heard at dinner when we were all discussing who was running for council.

If you looked further, you would have seen that there was a William West Seegmiller, who started a law practice many years ago, way before this West was born!
I wouldn’t be surprised if West was Jr., the 3rd, or maybe even, the 4th!

Yes that’s my father. I don’t excuse his mistakes in his business dealings or the harm they caused to people. But he’s a good man who did his best as a father. A former Bishop who valued real world education, he made a point of exposing his children to the harsh realities of families in the developing world. As a Scout Master he taught me the importance of service and personal responsibility. I’m proud of my family lineage, and have tried to carry the good values he taught into my own life’s work, while learning from the mistakes.
