A virtual neighborhood meeting will be held Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., to discuss plans for a proposed mixed-use development at 401-409 N. Robertson Blvd., at the corner of N. Robertson Boulevard and W. Ashcroft Avenue.

The project will feature a three-story structure incorporating retail, office, and residential spaces. Plans include an underground parking level, first-floor retail areas, second-floor office spaces, and a third-floor residential section with five units, one of which will be designated as state-regulated low-income housing. A roof deck accessible to residents is also part of the design.

The meeting will be conducted via Zoom. Community members are encouraged to participate and share feedback on the project. To join the meeting, visit https://formmstudio.zoom.us/j/89736953688 using Meeting ID: 897 3695 3688.

Written comments on the project can be submitted via email to the applicant’s representative, FORMM, at [email protected]. For additional information, attendees may contact the project planner, Kasey Conley, at [email protected] or by phone at (323) 848-6441.
