London West Hollywood begins a “tea series” based on the film “Oz The Great and Powerful,” featuring décor and food inspired by the film. The menu includes Wicked Witch Brew Juices for Munchkins, Emerald City miniature sandwiches and canapes, Flying Monkey Bite black currant and peanut butter scones, a tower of Evanora & Theodora’s Wickedly Delicious sweet treats and Glinda’s Bubbles.
