Outfest Announces 2013 Award Winners

Outfest, the Los Angeles-based nonprofit organization that puts on its LGBT film festival every year, has announced the award winners for its 31st festival.

The 2013 awards are grouped in three categories: special programming awards, audience awards and jury awards.
