The West Hollywood Sheriff’s department said the driver, who has not been identified, was taken to Cedars-Sinai Hospital. The Los Angeles County Fire Department was summoned to extract the driver from the overturned vehicle. West Hollywood resident Shawn Thompson captured their rescue effort in photos and a video posted on his Facebook page.
