“A Night of Queery: A GLBTQ Film Festival & Panel Discussion” will take place on Friday, March 7, at 3 p.m. in the West Hollywood City Council Chambers 625 N. San Vicente Blvd. The festival will feature the short films: OutSmart, Agorable, Chained!, 24 Hitchhikers, and When the Time’s Right followed by a panel discussion with the directors and audience Q&A. The film festival will be capped off with the premier of ‘The Homofiles’, a documentary exploring what life was like for gay women living in California in the 1940s, ‘50s, and ‘60s and documents Southern California’s post-WWII lesbian community.
