I mean, really, what’s a little $46,000 debt between friends? Not much it seems, if reports are true that the Chateau Marmont has let Lindsay Lohan back on the premises. You’ll remember that a July letter from the Marmont’s general manager, Philip Pavel (was leaked to the press) stated that Lohan was barred because she’d failed to pay her $46,350.04 bill for a stay early last summer while she was filming “Liz & Dick.” Lohan responded that she though the producers of the film were going to pay. EntertainmentWise.com reports that Lohan showed up at the Chateau Marmont on Thursday night (Oct. 11) after a stop at the Beverly Wilshire hotel for the Mr Pink Ginseng drink launch party. TMZ reports that the problem was solved when Lohan placed a call to her friend Andre Balazs, owner of the Chateau Marmont and seven other boutique hotels, including The Mercer in New York City and the Standard hotels in West Hollywood, Miami Beach, Los Angeles and New York City.
