West Hollywood celebrity skin esthetician Dawn DaLuise reached beyond the Detroit Lions in an effort to find a white supremacist group to murder a competitor according to testimony today at a hearing in L.A. Superior Court.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s detective Steven McCauley testified that DaLuise asked a man to connect her with a white supremacist group to kill the competitor, who she called a “double-minority Mexican gay.”

DaLuise, whose celebrity clients have included Christina Ricci, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Nicky Minaj and Jennifer Aniston, allegedly became upset when Gabriel Suarez opened Smooth Cheeks, a competing salon next to her Skin Refinery, which was at 8543 Santa Monica Blvd. near West Knoll.

She was arrested in March and charged with solicitation of murder after deputies learned of the alleged solicitation while investigating a cyber stalking case. DaLuise is alleged to have tried to approach former Detroit Lions offensive lineman Chris Geile, who played in three games for the team in 1987, to kill Suarez. There is no evidence that Geile was involved in any way in the plot to murder Suarez. She remains in jail in lieu of $1 million bail.

The case took a bizarre twist in April when Edward Feinstein, until recently a resident of West Hollywood, said that DaLuise had enlisted him to post ads on Craigslist that appeared to be from her that solicited men to rape her as part of a sexual fetish.

Feinstein said she wanted people to believe that Suarez was posting the ads. “She wanted me to pretend to be Gabriel, send her fake texts, post Craigslist ads. She wanted it to seem like she was being stalked so she could say it was Gabriel,” Feinstein said in an interview with ABC News 20/20.

Feinstein said he got free facials in exchange for posting the ads. He has an arrest record himself on charges including felony credit card fraud, grand theft and identity theft.
