StudyMode, an education/tech company headquartered in West Hollywood, has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles for 2014.
“We’ve worked hard to make StudyMode a company where people are passionate about what they do and love coming to work, and we’re proud to be recognized as one of Los Angeles’ Best Places to Work,” StudyMode co-founder and CEO Blaine Vess said in a press release. “Whenever we look to bring in a new team member, one of our primary considerations is selecting someone who will enjoy and enhance our company culture.”
Catered lunches, massage chairs, flexible hours and a casual dress code are among the perks of working at StudyMode, according to the press release.
The Best Places to work program, created by the Los Angeles Business Journal and Best Companies Group, is in its eighth year. The actual rankings will be revealed at a special event on August 19, then published in the August 25 issue of the Los Angeles Business Journal.
