Getting around West Hollywood is going to be complicated given the thousands of people who will be pouring into town for LA Pride weekend.
Here are some things you need to know:
STREET CLOSURES
SAN VICENTE BOULEVARD: Closed until 10 a.m. on Monday between Melrose Avenue and Santa Monica Boulevard.
SANTA MONICA BOULEVARD. Closed from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. today between between Dohney Drive and La Cienega Boulevard. Closed Sunday from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. from North Fairfax Avenue to North Doheny Drive.
NORTH CRESCENT HEIGHTS BOULEVARD. Closed Sunday from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. from West Romaine St. to Fountain Ave.
NORTON AVENUE. Closed Sunday from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Havenhurst Drive to Laurel Avenue.
STREETS ONE BLOCK NORTH AND SOUTH OF SANTA MONICA BOULEVARD. Closed Sunday from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. between Fairfax Avenue and North La Peer Drive.
PARK AND FACILITIES CLOSURES
WEST HOLLYWOOD PARK: Closed until 6 p.m. Wednesday
WEST HOLLYWOOD LIBRARY: Closed until 11 a.m. Monday.
WEST HOLLYWOOD POOL: Closed until 8 a.m. Wednesday.
PARKING
NEIGHBORHOOD PERMIT PARKING: The City of West Hollywood will suspend enforcement of permit parking for from 4 p.m. today until 7 a.m. on Monday.
PARKING METERS: All metered parking will be enforced on Friday and Saturday. Metered parking will not be enforced on Sunday, the day of the Pride Parade. This applies only within West Hollywood. Parking restrictions will remain in force in adjacent areas of Beverly Hills and Los Angeles.
PUBLIC PARKING: There will be paid public parking available in lots such as the Hancock Parking Structure at 901 Hancock Ave. at Santa Monica and the Kings Road Municipal Parking Structure, located at 8383 Santa Monica Blvd. at Kings Road. Access will be limited, however, during hours when Santa Monica and adjacent streets are closed for the Pride parade.
TRANSIT OPTIONS
FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE: The city will combine its Cityline daytime shuttle service with the PickUp, its nightime trolley ride, both of which are free, into “Pride Ride” for the weekend.
Pride Ride will run today from 1 p.m. to 3 a.m. on Saturday. On Saturday the free shuttle will be available from 11 a.m. until 3 a.m. on Sunday. On Sunday it will run from 5 p.m to 2 a.m. Monday.
Pride Ride will follow a continuous loop along Santa Monica Boulevard between Robertson Boulevard and La Brea Avenue, with 15 stops in each direction. Vehicles will arrive approximately every 15 minutes.
METRO BUSES: There are several lines that connect to West Hollywood, including the 105, 705, 4, 704, 217, 218 and 312. More information is available at www.metro.net.

I don’t recall that they dropped zone parking enforcement on Fri & Sat as well as Sun. I could be wrong, but is this new? Always on Sunday evening in the past.
