July 18
Grand Theft Property. 7500 block Santa Monica Boulevard. @ 1420. An unknown suspect cut the lock and removed a bicycle from a fence railing. Loss $1,000. #04160
Vehicle Burglary. 8700 block Sunset Boulevard.@ 1715-1730. The re ar passenger’s side window was smashed and a laptop, backpack and clothing were taken from the rear seat. Loss $2,100. #04168
Vehicle Burglary. 900 block Palm Avenue. @ 1730-0900. CD’s and clothing were removed from the interior. No sign of forced entry. Loss $275. #04181
July 19
Commercial Burglary. 8200 block Sunset Boulevard. @ 0630. A storage closet was forced open and Christmas lights and cleaning supplies were taken, Loss $700. #04173
Grand Theft Property. @1610. A man removed a screen and opened an unlocked window to gain access to the residence. The suspect was confronted by the resident and fled on foot. No loss. #04205
July 21
Grand Theft Property. 600 block San Vicente Boulevard. @ 1225-1255. A laptop was taken after it was left unattended by the owner. Loss $2,500. #04224
Residential Burglary. 1200 block North Laurel Avenue. @ 1000-1700. A screen was removed and a window was used to gain access. Two PlayStations were taken. Loss $560. #04229
July 22
Commercial Burglary. 8400 block Santa Monica Boulevard. @ 0505-0520. The front window was smashed and the pharmacy area was ransacked. Loss $5,000K (glass window). #04237
Armed Robbery. 9000 block Beverly Boulevard. @ 1250. A man and woman removed two bottles of alcohol and left the store without payment. The suspects were approached in the parking lot by an employee, and the employee was sprayed in the face with pepper spray. Loss $90. #04247
July 23
Strong Arm Robbery. Santa Monica Boulevard/Larrabee Street. @ 0315. A man was walking eastbound on Santa Monica Boulevard when two men approached him and asked for his phone. The victim gave the suspects his wallet and phone. Loss $1,400. #04275
