Justin Bieber got into fights at a pre-Grammy’s party at West Hollywood’s Serafina restaurant early last Sunday morning according to an allegation by the restaurant’s head of security.
Sheriff’s deputies who responded were told that the young singer had gotten into two separate altercations at around 2 a.m., which is closing time for alcohol service. The security guard said he broke up the fights and asked Bieber to leave. Bieber refused and remained at the restaurant. The guard told deputies that he then saw Bieber argue with a man and head-butt him.
Bieber’s friends pulled him away according to the guard and they left Serafina. The other men left before deputies from the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station showed up. The man who was head-butted had said he didn’t want medical help or to file a police report.
The TMZ gossip site reports that Bieber, 22, was “play fighting” with Kyle Massey, 25, a Disney actor and his friend, when he noticed someone in the restaurant recording him. According to TMZ, Bieber asked the man to stop and to delete the recording. When the man refused Bieber allegedly head-butted him.
Caroline McBride, PR director for the Serafina Restaurant Group, told the Hollywood Life gossip site: “we can assure you that nobody from our staff was involved, nor did we call the police. We always have pleasant experiences with Mr. Bieber whenever he comes to Serafina.”
Bieber has been involved in other incidents in West Hollywood. In August 2014 Bieber’s red Ferrari was rear-ended in WeHo when he allegedly slammed on the brakes after spotting a photographer apparently following him. Annoyed, Bieber tweeted to his 91.7 million Twitter followers: “We should have learned from the death of Princess Diana.” In June 2013 he was accused of pinning a paparazzi with his Ferrari as he drove away from the Laugh Factory on Sunset Boulevard. In November 2012, Bieber, then 18-years-old, was pulled over by a deputy in West Hollywood for making an unsafe left turn in his Ferrari and having an expired vehicle registration.
The West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station is investigating Bieber’s alleged attack on Sunday. Anyone with information about the incident is encouraged to contact the Sheriff’s Detective Michael Berbiar at (310) 358-4011. See here’s the thing. I a celebrity don’t want you to record a video of them, Then just don’t do it. But people don’t listen. After all celebs are also humans. It’s not Justin’s fault here.
Bieber could have shot the bartender dead and the PR director for the Serafina Restaurant Group would have said, “we can assure you that nobody from our staff was involved, nor did we call the police. We always have pleasant experiences with Mr. Bieber whenever he comes to Serafina.”
