Below is the weekly crime report from the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station that calls out incidents in WeHo from April 3 to 9. The list also includes each case number.

Strong Arm Robbery (Suspect arrested). 8700 block Shoreham Drive at 9:55 p.m. A man was arrested after he used force to take the keys and cell phone of a tow truck driver who was legally towing the suspect’s vehicle. #01715

Vehicle Burglary. 7500 block Hampton Avenue Between midnight and 10 a.m. An unknown suspect removed a portable navigation device from the interior. No sign of forced entry. Loss $300. #01711

Other Burglary. 900 block Kings Road at 3:30 a.m. An unknown suspect pried the lobby doors open to gain access to the lobby area and removed mail from the mail room. Loss Mail. #01808

Vehicle Burglary. 7100 block Lexington Avenue Between 5 p.m. and 9:20 a.m. An unknown suspect removed a backpack containing a video camera and sound equipment from the hatchback area. No sign of forced entry. Loss $1,150. #01784

Vehicle Burglary. 1000 block N La Brea between 11 and 11:30 p.m. An unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger’s side window and ransacked the interior. No items were taken. Loss $200. #01812

April 9

Grand Theft. 8500 block Santa Monica Boulevard a 3:09 p.m. A man removed a purse that was hanging from the back of a chair. Loss $950. #01823

Other Burglary (suspect arrested). 1100 block Crescent Heights Boulevard at 6:20 a.m. A cleaning crew reporting for work found a man inside the bar area of the business. Deputies responded, located and arrested the suspect. #01811

Vehicle Burglary. 8800 block Melrose Avenue between 12:45 a.m. and 2 p.m. An unknown suspect smashed both rear windows and removed a backpack containing toiletries from the back seat. Loss $500. #01817

Vehicle Burglary. 1000 block N La Brea Avenue between 9:30 and 10:40 p.m. An unknown suspect smashed the front passenger’s side window and removed a gold watch and radar detector from the center console and a laptop computer from the front floorboard area. Loss $1,900. #01831

Vehicle Burglary. 600 block Orlando Avenue between 9 a.m. and 4 pm. An unknown suspect removed an electric guitar from the rear floor board area. No sign of forced entry. Loss $700. #01850
