Dec. 18

Other Burglary. 8900 block Santa Monica Boulevard between 3 and 10 a.m. An unknown suspect pried an office door open to gain access and attempted to open two safes but was unsuccessful. Loss $3,000 (door, safes). #07036

Other Burglary. 1000 block Curson Avenue between 9 p.m. and 5:45 aam. An unknown suspect removed two unsecured bicycles from an underground parking garage. Loss $700. #07060

Petty Theft / Vehicle Break-In. 1000 block of Curson Avenue a 10:30 p.m.

Petty Theft, 7800 block of Santa Monica Boulevard at 1:30 p.m.

Petty Theft / Bicycles. 1000 block of Havenhurst Drive at 11:05 p.m.

Petty Theft. 1200 block of North Sycamore Avenue at noon.

Dec. 19

Grand Theft. 8400 block Sunset Boulevard at 12:45 p. m. A woman removed luggage containing a laptop computer, shoes, camera and clothing from the bell desk. Loss $9,000. #07059

Grand Theft. 8900 block Rosewood Avenue between 9:20 and 9:30 p.m. An unknown suspect removed a backpack containing a laptop computer and iPad from the back seat of the unlocked vehicle. Loss $3,300. #07062

Grand Theft. 8800 block Cynthia Street at 12:30 a.m. An unknown suspect removed a fanny pack containing a cell phone, wallet and passport that was left unattended on a table. Loss $1,200. #07076

Other Burglary. 1400 block Havenhurst Drive at 6:08 a,m. Two men used a key to gain access to the lobby area and removed packages and mail. A garage remote was also taken from an unlocked vehicle. Loss $40. #07056

Petty Theft / Vehicle. 700 block of North San Vicente Boulevard at 3 a.m.

Petty Theft. Poinsettia and Sunset Boulevard at 8 p.m.

Dec. 20

Grand Theft. 9000 block West Sunset Boulevard at 1:30 a.m. An unknown suspect removed a purse containing a cell phone, keys and credit cards that was left unattended on a table. Loss $1,150. #07099

Residential Burglary. 900 block Harper Avenue between 5 and 8 p.m. An unknown suspect broke a window pane on the rear door to gain entry to the residence but did not take anything. Loss $200 (window). #07082

Residential Burglary. 1100 block North Curson Avenue between 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. An unknown suspect removed credit cards from the living room. No sign of forced entry. #07115

Petty Theft. 800 block of Huntley Drive at 1:31 p.m.

Dec. 21

Vehicle Burglary. 8500 block Santa Monica Boulevard between 12:05 and 1:10 p.m. An unknown suspect smashed the rear driver’s side window and removed $600 cash from the glove box. Loss $1,000. #07095

Assault with a Deadly Weapon. 1400 block of North Martel Avenue at 8:20 p.m.

Dec. 22

Armed Robbery. 1000 block Martel Avenue at 7:30 p.m. A man and a women were standing on the sidewalk when a man approached them while armed with a handgun and demanded their property. The victims complied and the suspect fled the area south on Vista Street. Loss $600 (wallet, cash, cell phone). #07120
