Strong Arm Robbery (Suspect Arrested). 7100 block Santa Monica Boulevard at 11 a.m. A man removed three pieces of clothing and left the store without payment. When confronted by security, the suspect pulled away and began to struggle with the victim in an attempt to escape. The suspect was arrested. Loss $50 (recovered). #00026

Aggravated Assault – Other Weapon. 8800 block Santa Monica Boulevard at 1:45 a.m. A man was attempting to throw a broken beer bottle when two men intervened and tried to stop him. A short struggle ensued and one victim was cut on the arm and the other victim was cut on the hand. Responding deputies located and arrested the suspect. #00146

West Knoll Drive / Santa Monica Boulevard between 12:15 and 2:05 a.m. An unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger’s side window and removed a bag containing $1,200 cash, two tennis bracelets, two rings and a gold pendant from underneath the front passenger seat.
