105.9FM, a local radio station, first reported the arrest. It cited the Harrington, Del., Police Department in reporting that Michael D. Folmar, 30, was arrested around 1:15 a.m. Saturday in Harrington when they stopped his car for a traffic violation.

“A registration check discovered the license plate on the vehicle was reported stolen out of Connecticut, according to police who said the tag was also registered to another vehicle,” the radio station reported.

Folmar was charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon, receiving stolen property, speeding, and failure to have required Insurance and a vehicle registration card. He was committed to Delaware’s Sussex Correctional Institute in default of $3,004 secured bond.
