If somehow you missed the launch of this weekend’s LA Pride 2019 (and how could you?), you can catch up by watching some of the videos created by Enoch Miller for GayLifeLA.com, WEHOville’s sister website.
We’ll be updating this display as more videos and photos are produced, including those of tomorrow’s parade.
The event launched, as always, on Friday evening with the Dyke March, which began at the Sal Guarriello Veterans Memorial, 8447 Santa Monica Blvd. at Holloway and included a protest sign-making workshop by JP and the city’s One City One Pride interactive poetry pop-up.
On Friday night there were free performances by Todrick Hall and Paula Abdul. The video of Abdul is a little hard to hear, but she is highly visible and a delight to see.
