Heart Circle is a group of men who share, one at a time, how they are feeling. Each person speaks from the heart. No one interrupts and all listen respectfully. It is not a discussion group…it is not for us to offer advice, to comment or to “fix.”
Complete and total confidentiality within the group is assumed as a given ground rule. NO ONE EVER “NEEDS” TO SHARE. Simply ‘being there’ to witness and hold space for others is equally important.

There is a $10 suggested donation (to the “Send A Man To Camp” Fund), but no one is EVER turned away from a CalComMen event!
