The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Persons Unit is asking the public to help in its search for David William Ottenhouse.
Ottenhouse, a white man who is 52 years old, has often been seen on Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood and is known for the smile he gives to strangers who acknowledge him. He was last seen on Sept. 4 at approximately 1 p.m.
Ottenhouse is 5’9” tall and weight 155 lbs. He has green eyes and brown hair. The last known clothing he was seen wearing is unknown.
Ottenhouse has not contacted his family, and they are concerned for his wellbeing.
