A dozen police cars and a helicopter buzzing overhead caught the attention of those living in and around the 7600 block of Fountain Avenue near North Spaulding last night.
What was that all about? At 9:15 p.m. the LA Police Department got a call from the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station, which was forwarding a notice that an assault with a deadly weapon had occurred there.
According to the LAPD, no one as yet has been arrested and Fountain Avenue was reopened to traffic after 11 p.m.
