For the second day in a row there has been no increase in confirmed COVID-19 infections among West Hollywood residents, with the number remaining at 188.

The Los Angeles Department of Public Health today reported 1,469 new confirmed infections countywide, but noted that the large increase in confirmed infections reflects a lag in reporting by one lab, which has just reported 500 cases. That brings the totally number of confirmed infections in Los Angeles County to 59,650. The Health Department today reported 44 new COVID-19-related deaths, with a total of 2,531 in the county thus far.

The Health Department reported that 3,577 West Hollywood residents have been tested for the virus.  The death count remains at four in WeHo.

As of today, the number of confirmed infections in Beverly Hills has increased by one to 141.  In Culver City the number of confirmed infections remains at 161. The number of infections in the Hollywood neighborhood has increased by three to 290.  The number of confirmed infections in the Melrose neighborhood increased by five to a total of 594.
