Parking meters are free in West Hollywood on Monday. Parking enforcement will NOT issue tickets for expired meters on Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday holiday and people do not have to put money in the meter. .
Additionally, the city will not ticket for street cleaning or for peak-hour parking restrictions.
On Tuesday, enforcement of the meters resumes, as does ticketing for being parked in a space during street-cleaning hours and peak-hour parking.
