Dan Tana passes away at 90

The legendary Dan Tana has passed away at the age of 90 years old.   Dan Tana’s famous restaurant West Hollywood restaurant was founded in 1964 and was sold in 2009.    Dan Tana’s is my personal favorite restaurant in the city.  When asked, where do I want to have a birthday dinner my answer is always Dan Tana’s for their best of breed Chicken Parmesan among other favorites.

Dan Tana’s is a hotspot.   You never know who you will be sitting at the next table.    The original announcement of Tana’s passing made on facebook by the staff:
