8899 Beverly Project Goes Before WeHo Planning Commission

The West Hollywood Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposal by Beverly Boulevard Associates to expand and convert an existing office building at 8899 Beverly Blvd. (once known as the ICM building) to residential units with ground floor retail and to build residential units on the adjacent parking lot.
