The West Hollywood Community Housing Corporation and the county’s Community Development Commission will hold a grand opening to celebrate the completion of The Courtyard at La Brea housing development. The building will provide 32 new affordable units for low-income people with mental illness or HIV/AIDS as well as young people in transition.
