The City of West Hollywood’s 2014 Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO) Building Blocks Seminar to host ‘Tenants’ 101′ workshop. Learn the basics of the RSO, including rules and restrictions on rent increases, general property maintenance, and eviction protections. Admission is free. The seminar will take place on Tuesday, January 28, at 7 p.m. at Plummer Park in Room 5, 7377 Santa Monica Boulevard.
