WHAP!(West Hollywood Aesthetics and Politics) screens CalArts alumna Yelena Zhelezov’s essay film, “Signs of Arrival,” followed by a roundtable discussion with scholars and artists about parallel worlds and the immigrant experience. Zhelezov’s film revolves around the Russian immigrant community in West Hollywood. Admission free.
