GYM Bar WeHo, a cherished staple in West Hollywood’s Rainbow District, is expanding its hours of operation starting Monday, May 5, 2025. The newly renovated sports bar and grill will now open at 12:00 PM on weekdays (Monday–Friday) and 10:00 AM on weekends (Saturday–Sunday).
Located at 8919 Santa Monica Blvd, the updated hours aim to provide the community with a consistent destination for lunch, brunch, and early-game viewing. The change also offers guests more opportunities to experience the bars recently launched elevated menu.
From handcrafted Gametime Nachos to Wagyu Beef and Beyond Burgers on vegan brioche buns, the menu truly has something for everyone. Health-conscious diners can enjoy fresh, flavorful salad options or the popular Chicken Caesar Wrap. Fan favorites also include the Mile-High Onion Ring Tower, Pretzel Bites, and the indulgent Victory Churro Cake à la Mode. Chef Juan’s Signature Club Sandwich is already drawing rave reviews, and the bar’s Spicy Jalapeño Margarita continues to be a crowd-pleaser. Frozen cocktails, craft beers, and a variety of non-alcoholic options round out the beverage lineup.
Owners Erik Braverman and Jonathan Cottrell, who took ownership in May 2024, shared their motivation for the expanded hours:

Cottrell added,

Executive Chef Juan R. Chavez, a West Hollywood culinary mainstay with over 35 years of experience at local favorites Basix and Marix, leads the kitchen. Known for his creative specials and attention to detail, Chef Juan has helped redefine the bar’s food program into one of quality and comfort.
