Justin Bieber took the stage at The Roxy on Sunday night with a surprise show packed with some lucky fans and celebs alike
There was no clue until the marquee gave it away. The Roxy’s sign was changed to read “Justin Bieber: Tonight Only.” Invitations had gone out earlier through fan accounts on X, via Google Forms. Tickets were only $50.
No phones allowed. A few got through anyway, and clips hit social media before the night was over.
Bieber ran 25 songs — all of them from Swag and Swag II, the two albums he dropped in 2025. Nothing older. “Sorry,” “Despacito,” “Peaches” — none of it. Partway through, he shifted into an acoustic set, working through “Mother in You,” “Things You Do,” and “Dotted Line.” “Daisies” closed the show.
Hailey Bieber was there with their son Jack Blues. So were Tate McRae, Matty Healy, Shaboozey, SZA, Kendall Jenner, and The Kid LAROI.
His return to The Roxy came a couple months after his performance at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, where he took the stage in boxers and socks, no graphics, no backing band. He definitely had all eyes on him. He had four noms that night, including Album of the Year for Swag but left without a trophy.

The road back took years. In 2022, Bieber announced he had Ramsay Hunt syndrome, a neurological condition that left part of his face temporarily paralyzed. He halted the Justice World Tour that fall and canceled it outright in 2023. Swag, released July 2025, was his first album in four years.
Bieber last played a full U.S. show during the Justice World Tour before health issues forced him off the road in 2022. Sunday was the return with a small room, invite crowd on the Sunset Strip. It seemed like it might have been a chance to prep for his Coachella set April 11 and 18.
He closed with: “See you soon.”
