
Police were looking for a beige sedan late Sunday night after a reported LA LGBT Center shooting near the Los Angeles LGBT Center’s Hollywood campus.
The initial report came in around 10:36 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 28. A short police alert circulating online described the vehicle as a beige sedan and said it was linked to the incident in the area of the Center.
As of Monday morning, public details were still thin. It was not clear what led up to the gunfire, whether anyone was hurt, or exactly where the suspect vehicle was last seen. Suspect was identified as a male, Hispanic, wearing a white tank top, black pants and black shoes,

The Los Angeles LGBT Center’s Hollywood campus sits just east of West Hollywood along Santa Monica Boulevard, an area that stays busy at night, especially on weekends. The Center operates multiple facilities in the neighborhood, including its Anita May Rosenstein Campus on McCadden Place and the McDonald/Wright Building on Schrader Boulevard.
