On the consent calendar item B.9. is an update to the Quarterly Economic Data.   

Notable factoids:  “October recorded 2,781,863 visits, November recorded 2,631,636 visits, and December totaled 2,674,188 visits. Citywide office vacancy rates showed slight movement in Q4 2025 compared to the prior quarter. Office vacancy increased from 14.9% in Q3 to 15.8% in Q4, while average office market asking rent adjusted slightly from $59.07 per square foot to $58.76 per square foot.  Retail vacancy decreased from 10.7% in Q3 to 9.6% in Q4, while average retail market shifting slightly from $74.27 per square foot to $74.17 per square foot.  Hotel lodging data for Q4 2025 reflects a seasonal transition in visitor demand following the peak summer travel period. Occupancy averaged 78.9% in October and gradually adjusted to 68.4% in November and 60.0% in December. The Average Daily Rate (ADR) followed a similar pattern, with October remaining strong at $368 and moderating to $356 in November and $340 in December.  STAFF REPORT
