Pavilion’s is the Rainbow District supermarket and its bakery and its bakery manager are proud of their selections of cakes.
“We carry more Pride than any other Pavilions.” The recipes are approved by corporate but its up to the bakery manager to run each shop independently. “Half of our products on selling floor are baked here in Weho. “We make it from scratch. We have talented decorators here ready for Pride this weekend”
Best sellers are white cake and chocolate. We have Pride cakes, Pride cookies, Pride cupcakes. We start preparing a few days before and 24 hours notice for custom.
Do you have vegan cakes? Yes..said Bondoc. They are very limited. We don’t make them in house though.
