The establishment offers thin, crispy pizzas baked in a brick oven, utilizing double zero flour imported from Italy, extra virgin olive oil, and sauces free of added sugars or preservatives. Ingredients are chosen for their freshness and purity, with cheeses devoid of fillers or artificial additives, reflecting the brand’s commitment to quality.
Dubbed a “Pink and Mortar” pizza shop, this West Hollywood location marks a significant step for Pizza Girl, evolving from its origins as a sauce line into a popular local dining option.
