Saturday’s Spinning on Sunset was a Smash Hit. The event was filled with vendors and guests spanning from Pink Dot to Urban Leaf along Sunset Blvd, and rows of vendors in the rear parking lot.
Sol Yamini, owner of Pink Dot and partner in Urban Leaf spearheaded the event along with Brett Latteri, former owner of the Den on Sunset and Chair of the Sunset Business Improvement District.
Vice Mayor John Heilman attended the event, a short walk from his residence. Also present was Jon D’Amico, – not the former council member, but the Jon D’Amico who is the superstar behind Rock and Roll Walking Tour of the Sunset Strip. D’Amico’s Rock and Roll Walking Tour has 5star rating on Trip Advisor and is one of West Hollywood’s best attractions.
There were multiple DJ’s, spinning tunes and booths and booths of old vinyl records.
Creating your own pumpkin, and other games made the day the super fun for the kids too.
Over 50 vendors lined the parking lots with nostalgia reminiscent of everything the makes the Sunset Strip Special.
