Sunday Funday at WeHo’s Rainbow District Winter Market Today!

It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon for WeHo’s Rainbow District Winter Market at West Hollywood Park. The Rainbow District Winter Market runs for one weekend only and will return on Sunday, Dec. 7, for its final day, wrapping up with a “Drag on Ice” special event starting at 6 p.m. The market is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is free for all to enjoy.

The market features local businesses and a diverse mix of LGBTQ and boutique vendors. Saturday’s vendors included custom candles and many of those “banned” books. And of course there was a “sign the petition” setup, four different petitions, right in the middle of the activities. Here’s a list of some of the vendors:

  • Bohemian Kitten Vintage

  • A. Russell Design

  • Bearly Covered Clothing

  • Son Of A Stitch

  • Girls gays & theys

  • BlockParty

  • Nurture Lyfe

This is also the kickoff weekend for the WeHo Winter Ice Rink, which had its grand opening on Monday. The WeHo Winter Ice Rink runs through Sunday, Dec. 21, so even after the market’s final day, there will be ice skating and winter programming at West Hollywood Park all month.

But seriously — you simply can’t miss Drag on Ice tonight!

Walked through yesterday, absolutely charming. The booths, the kids, the patrons, the dogs on leash, the music, the ice rink, the pop up bar; for a moment I thought I’d stepped into Stars Hallow from Gilmore girls. Wonderful and charming indeed.
