What would prevent this from happening again would be:
1. Knife control
2. Defunding the Sheriff
3. Hiring more unarmed social workers
4. More Rainbow crosswalks

We are in desperate need of more police presence in Weho! There should be teams of roving police officers walking up and down the strip. If you walk down Santa Monica Blvd on any given Friday or Saturday night, you would think you were in Vegas! Scores of young people with open bottles or drinks, tossing those wherever they choose when they finish. The homeless issue, many who clearly have mental health issues has only gotten worse. Where is our Sheriffs Department? Get them out on the street and make their presence known!

Please consider the part “he was released from custody after county prosecutors sent the case back to law enforcement for further investigation.” Basically they lacked the necessary evidence to charge or hold him.

All while some jackasses in Sacramento (Sen. Weiner) and some on our City Council push for the bars to stay open and serve alcohol until 4am.

Get a clue.

More like get some manners visitors to WeHo. WeHo has descended down the same path South Beach in Miami and other gay enclaves have. Gays find a disadvantaged area. Beautify it. Make it desirable, safe, and fun over several decades. Property values go up, price our own selves out. We say oh, lets be more inclusive. Trashy straights come in, crime comes back and these things start occuring. Welcome to last stage gayborhood cycle. Rinse and repeat.

Domestic violence situations happen in any venue, straight or gay. People are gonna do what they’re gonna do.

You just seem to hop on anything that tries to make WEHO look bad.

You should pack up your keyboard and move on! But wait, that won’t make you feel like a big conservative man.

He/They have been whining for years. I thought they had moved away but apparently they just can’t quit WeHo.
